I looked up on the web and as far as I can tell its a rating service. My question is why do so many people have it? Is it because they sell stuff, Also does it cost??? is it like a ebay rating??

1) people have it so when they buy and sell people can know if they are a trustworthy trader
2) it is free
3) it is quite like eBay rating except not just for ebay
 
It's just like eBay evals but for forums like us here. I use it under For Sale/Trade to show buyers that I am a respectable trader here.
