what is heatware and how important is it.

Only if you sell/trade stuff it's important, it's sort of like references people rate you if a trade goes good or bad.
 
It is kind of a report card given between both traders after a sale has been completed. It allows people who may in the future, look back at a traders past history of trading practices.

This allows people to make a judgement on whether or not to trade with an individual.

all i have now is a rack of oem AMD thunderbirds. oh well see how it goes.
