What is happening to my system? Help!

ok, this all started yesterday after (at least when I noticed it) a hour-long session of Vice City. It wasnt bad at first, but not its happening EVERY TIME. Every time I push shift, in additon to normal shift-dutys, it toggles scroll lock. End do ter insterts a dash. This is all ive noticed so far, and I really dont like it. Could my keyboard be dying? Does anyone know of a virus that'd do this? And as i just found out, apostrphe also simulates "up". Help!
