I'll say bless you, on occasion. But in general, I try not to even say anything after someone sneezes, unless it's a small group and it would seem disrespectful to not say anything (such as to someone important). In general, I find the use of acknowledging a sneeze to be worthless. We all do it, it no longer represents something crazy that god needs to bless someone for. But whatever. And I refuse to say gazuntite (sp?), as that's just ridiculous and well... not English... so equally worthless imho (not that other languages are worthless, but rather... use your own language when talking to someone).
However, my point basically... I am just going to say what most easily describes what I am trying to convey. Why waste time saying something more lengthy, or not as easily understood.

Besides, ok, that whole silly "bless you" thing - what if you live alone? I've got a bit of a cold now, and I must've sneezed at least 10x today. Not a single "bless you." So what then? Is God going to send me to Hell? Am I going to die of som-AAARRRGHHHH!!
