There are a lot of folding projects around the world, but that's probably the only public one. It sure as hell beats SETI when it comes to putting your spare calculations to good use.
Once stanford gets their hands on shiny new quantum computers however the whole project will probably be obsolete , but until then, it's good karma.
Rosetta@Home is similar to Folding@Home but the process is a little different. I read an explanation between the differences once, but i don't exactly remember it. All you questions can be answered here
