After I installed SP2, I started getting lock-ups and drwtsn32.exe seems to be the culprit. Anyone know what it is?

On a side note, my other computer after SP2, started getting a balloon popping up. It says that a device on the usb hub has exceded the power output. I have nothing plugged into a usb port. What's up with that?
