What is difference between motherboard Color?
for example Black motherboards are professional series and blue motherboard id ...

Most of the time, the colors are just used to attract people. It's mostly marketing, and doesn't affect performance at all.

Some manufacturers may exclusively use a certain color to denote a "professional" or "gamer" series though. In the end, choose a motherboard for features, or reading reviews or asking questions in a forum before making a purchase -- but never purchase a board because of it's color.
