What is "Coolbits"?

I have the MSI geforce2 Pro, and I've been seeing posts mentioning "coolbits" and I have the impression that I have this (haven't installed yet...). Thanks.

But I thought the software with my MSI Pro card already included overclocking options. That's what I've been reading.

The software may very well include overclocking options, NVidia's reference drivers themselves don't include an overclocking slide by default though. There is nothing preventing an manufacturer from including software that can also overclock it.
