I'm playing this game and i am in need of some info on console commands. How do I bring up the console?,,Do I do I do it while game?.... ~~~~
 
Depends on the game. Some you have to select an option ("Developer's Console") to even make it accessable. Usually it's the ~ (tilde) key.
 
If it's WoW, I believe you can add "-developer" to the end of a shortcut pointing to the executable. Or use the ingame command "/console <command>"
