What is better Voodoo 4 W/32 megs of ram or A GF 2 Mx 200 w/32 megs of ram

The Voodoo4. Do not get the GeForce2 MX200 video card. It is a terrible card for 3D. A good TNT2 card would beat it. The Voodoo4 supports all major APIs, IIRC.

Stick with the Voodoo4. It supports both Direct3D and OpenGL as well as Glide.
