Yeah so? Thats basically the same as every other memory company. Once they don't make them anymore and don't have any left, how can they replace your RAM?

Try RMAing some Fast Page Mode RAM or EDO RAM to Corsair...

Don't know about other companies, but I've had some dealings with Mushkin. I am sure that if a make of their RAM fails and it's no longer in production, they will upgrade your replacement for free. Their post purchase support is second to none in my book.

Oh! I got it the first time I ever saw it, but that was ages ago, so it never crosses my mind anymore.

DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT buy that OCZ memory. Particularly if you plan on doing any overclocking. I just bought a set from newegg and BOTH STICKS were defective. Had to return it. Ran tests independenty on both sticks. Also uses a totally crappo IC - Infineon - if you are lucky. Stock latencies only good at 200MHz. OCZ themselves does not even report stability at those latencies on my mobo (Lanparty NF4 - most popular NF4 mobo) and recommend you run at 2-3-2-8 =/ ... There are better and cheaper options out there. This is a very disappointing offering from OCZ. They really dropped the ball on this one. Most people I have spoken to have returned them. Now me too.

I am trading them in for the g.skill ZX kit. Last I checked it was about $215 at newegg.
