what is a record of conviction stub?

on the ticket i got, it says send it in "ACCOMPANIED BY RECORD OF CONVICTION Stub"

What the hell is that? Along with the ticket, i got another carbon copy that is the supporting deposition... thats now what it is it?

You should have gotten a RECORD OF CONVICTION Stub along with your Driver's License.
It's a small form upon which your convictions are recorded: Date, Time, Infraction, Disposition, etc.
