Word of Honor by Nelson DeMille. Most of his books are good, although he does have some duds. Killer sense of humor IMO.

Gosh there are So So many great books out there!
Your doing yourself an injustice by not reading more.

The last book I finnished (about 4 days ago) was a collection of short stories by Stephen King.
The one before that was the book that "We were soldiers once" was drawn from.

It is called "We were soldiers once, and young"

I highly recommend it!!

I read it in 3 days. Once you start it, you can't stop! (Or at least I couldn't!!!!!)

BTW: This is a true account of two of the earliest battles in VietNam with the 101st Airborne. Truly a messed up operation!

God's Debris is an excellent book to make you think. It's a thought experiment that is supposed to make you look at the world in a completely new way and twist your brain.

Next, anything by Michael Crichton. Jurassic Park, Lost World, Andromeda Strain, Rising Sun, Sphere, Disclosure, Airframe, Eaters of the Dead, The Terminal Man, they are ALL EXCEPTIONAL! I strongly recomend Michael Crichton. Not a single book I would rate below 9.5 out of 10. Jurassic Park would be a great start. It's 10x better than the movie.

Thanks for all the suggestions, there definitely seems like a lot of good books to read. That God's Debris book looks very interesting, I think it is just what I am looking for, I think i'm going to see if I can get it.

Ive read Tom Clancy's "Rainbow Six" about 3 times and feel the urge to read it again now. Its like 700+ pages and I couldn't put it down for a second. I read it just after the first Rainbow Six game came out for the PC and been hooked on it since. I can honestly say that thats the only 300+ page book Ive ever read
