I eat a piece of fruit for breakfast... sometimes if I'm really hungry I'll put the fruit (if it goes well) in with a quarter cup of cereal + cup of skim milk. Damn dieting to hell :frown:

Healthiest one so far, but brown a bunch of veggies before you throw in those eggs.

Onions, spinach, kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, etc.

I eat 1 cup of oatmeal blended fine, 2 scoops of protein powder, scoop of ground flax, and a frozen banana. Blend and enjoy! Add peanut butter for awesomeness. I hate cooking in the morning.

Eggs and Sausage or Eggs and Bacon. It's better than what I was doing before, which was skipping breakfast.

Bran Flakes, Bluberries, Banana and 1% Milk (or low fat Vanilla Soy Milk) If you want extra protien you can add a tablespoon of natural Peanut Butter. Low in fat and calories and by the time I digest that the energy I get from the carbs hits me and I'm ready for the gym.

Too much work for the first meal of the day. I like it where my first meal of the day takes less time preparing than it does consuming.

I'm not awake enough to actually cook in the morning. I usually have PB&J Toast or Yougart with Grape Nuts.

you might better have a bigger breakfast and then the fruit only meal for dinner.
