Healthiest one so far, but brown a bunch of veggies before you throw in those eggs.
Onions, spinach, kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, etc.

I eat a piece of fruit for breakfast... sometimes if I'm really hungry I'll put the fruit (if it goes well) in with a quarter cup of cereal + cup of skim milk. Damn dieting to hell :frown:
