I eat two toasted wheat/tuna sandwitches for breakfast.

I buy bulk tuna at costco. I also buy 3 loaves of miltons 'healthy whole wheat' bread every week.

For breakfast I use two cans of kirkland tuna, one per sandwitch. I sprinkle pepper, salt, and spray a few pumps of 'spray butter-i can't believe it's not butter' on the toasted slices.

Self improvement is masturbation, not self destruction. I also lift heavy and hard.

I just eat 1 cup of fat-free cottage cheese and drink water and take vitamins in the morning. If I have time I make egg whites with whole wheat toast.

A few egg whites, a bowl of oatmeal (not the instant crap with tons of sugar), and a piece of fruit.

a bunch of strips of bacon, a dozen eggs, some toast with butter, some sausages, and a couple of pancakes. Mmmmm. Ohh, and don't forget the hash browns.

I don't have time for anything on the pan besides bacon and eggs. :(

Add a slab of ham and you've got the breakfast of champions.

If they're fresh instead of eggos, the waffles need fresh whipped cream and strawberries not maple syrup. But go ahead and pour it over everything else except the eggs :)

D'oh! now I'm hungry for some fresh belgian waffles. Curse you ATOT!!

I buy the expensive, imported "Quakre" brand :)

I have oatmeal for breakfast 6-7 days a week so I get the variety packs: "fruit & cream" (simulated strawberry, blueberry, peach, banana) and "variety" (brown sugar, cinnamon, apple). The raisin, date & walnut flavor is also good.

To add a little more texture and "omega 3 oil goodness" I sprinkle in little bit of Diamond chopped walnuts from a bag in the fridge, then fix it in the microwave.

What flavors do you favor? :)

PB and J is bad isn't it? PB at least. Unless you get the low fat type.

Come on. I eat Total or Honey Bunches of Oats (Yes that's liek the most unhealthy of the health cereals, but it tastes SO GOOD) every morning with milk. I also have a glass full of fresh squeezed OJ (either Tropicana or Simply), and then if all goes well I grab my banana and a fat free Yoplait, and I start munching on those. Good right?

When I'm feeling a little more unhealthy or I want a nice breakfast I turn on the stove and I make an egg or two. I might even throw in toast to make eggs in a basket. If I'm tired I throw in a Starbux Frap from Costco....

With that said, seriously, half these recommendations are junk. You're just going to get fat. Oatmeal is definitely the healthiest way to go, but I like my cereal. It's just a tad tastier.

Edit: If I'm feeling good I usually drink another half glass of milk with my vitamins or half a glass of water. I use nonfat milk also. Yummy!

Edit 2: Here's what my guinea pig gets: 4 leaves of Romaine lettuce. 3 - 4 baby carrots or whatever I can grab with my fingers sticking through the hole of the bag. If it's a long day (don't get back from class till 6 plus extracurricular activities), I throw in a handful of hay. On top of that his water bottle is filled with Tang. I also make sure his bowl is filled with pellets so he gets plenty of Vitamin C.

So it's up to you. You can model meal after me or my guinea pig :)
