What is a NEF?

NEF (from what I have learned) is a user from a while ago that used to post things like "test" hundreds of times just to increase his post count.

So now if you post something that is obviously just there to increase your post count it is called "neffing"

this is only a test, if this were a real emergency, you would have been told where to run screaming your head off...
 
It's posting worthless, bandwidth wasting tripe just to up your post count. I'm presuming you honestly didn't know so if your neffing right now.... the fleas of a thousand dogs will inhabit your armpits.
