What is a healthy posts per day count?

I am at 6 right now and I do 90% of it at work. I can only imagine 30-40 posts a day. At what point do you reach basement dweller status? Edit: I am a golden member now.

I do over 90% of mine from work as well. (And still get the job done)

Socal doesnt have basements. Woohoo!

Does anyone know a real life basement dweller? They need a national geographic special on them. I imagine the basement dweller as a 20 y/o that has very pale skin (no sunlight), hasn't kissed a girl,wacks off to anime, and has a shitload of zits.

It feels like I'm on AT too much. It seems like there is something better I could do but I still spend too much time here. Am I the only one? Yes I'm referring to mental health.

I'm down to 13PPD... I think I was as higher before... around 17-18 PPD.

Mine said 4.72ppd, but I didn't post much when I first joined so when I actually started to be active it might be closer to 10.
