What is a good vista theme/skin for XP?

A co-worker here at work had this exact replica of vista in his laptop but it was all in chinese.. so he didnt know where to get english one. Can anyone recommend a site to get the vista theme for xp? thanks!
 
Get the Uxpatcher uxpatcher and get a Visual styles at deviantart.com no im not gonna link you directly to the section im too lazy.. just make sure you get Visualstyles type of layouts.
That way you dont have an extra program running in the background

Thanks. I needed this. I have hundreds of themes for WIN98. I needed something for XP. I get tired of the same GUI. I make my own themes for WIN98 with Create a Theme software. Is there a good program to make themes for WINXP?
