What is a good video capture device?

Hi Fellow Aters,

I want to get a video capture device that transfers the video images from my VCR to MPEG or dat to make a VCD. What options do I have if I do not want to replace my current video card which is a geforce 2 gts? I am not familar with video capture devices other than the ATI all in wonder series which costs a lot . Got any advice? Please help

Go with the Pinnacle capture device. VCD Help has some good info on capturing.
