Nothing, this is for a different rig and I wanna try something else.

[*]Ultra-120 Extreme, great HSF, probably a bit heavy
[*]Ultima-90, smaller cousin of the 120 Extreme, lighter by still an excellent HSF, comprable to a Tuniq Tower 120 or Sythe Ninja within ~3C.
[*]Freezer 7 Pro, much cheaper than the above two, still a great HSF, not quite as good as the Ultima-90, within ~5C of the TT120 and Ninja if memory serves, also its louder

edit: why can't all forums use the same markup language? keep me from having to fix so many posts

OP, TBBH (to be brutally honest), I think a Freezer 64 Pro would do perfectly fine again. however, I do agree with troutinator's suggestion for the Ultima-90. That thing looks interesting enough for me to want one heh

I wish! I would probably jump on it, but my guess is a ~$70 price tag, a bit steep for me when the ACF7Pro is $30 shipped from eWiz. I doubt the Ultima-90 will be out by the first week of may anyways, which is when I'm buying my new rig. Haven't had a new good computer in years. :-D

Is there really a danger in damaging your system with a ultra-120 or u-120 extreme? I can't believe they would sell a poorly engineered product like that. Let's hope not since I bought one :)

As long as you use a back plate and don't move around your computer very much it should be fine. Some people say that I does stress the motherboard a little which makes them uncomfortable. They are definitely way over, the Ultra 120 @ 745g and Extreme @ 790g both without fans, Intel's recommend HSF weight which is 425g Zalman (can't find it on Intel spec sheets).

edit: added sources for weights
