I was checking Courtesy Nissan but they are a tad pricey. There are a few places online I've found tie rod ends for around $40 each for MOOG parts. The Nissan ones are listed as $51.xx. Can't imagine there is much difference between Nissan parts and aftermarket but who knows.

Best i've found is a guy on the maxima forums called "Jason" he works in the parts department to some dealership in Texas and is well known on the forums. I cannot remember more accurate details than that, but it's the go-to for OEM in most cases.

A lot of people like rockauto. I've never bought from them, though.

I bought from Rock Auto. They seem to have the lowest prices and a decent reputation so we'll see how it goes.

Courtesy Parts' web design is a complete navigational disaster, but they do seem to stock just about everything you'd need for a late-model Nissan. Responsive customer service on the phone, too. Can't complain too much, I guess.

I always used Courtesy Nissan when I drove a Nissan and had nothing but positive experiences with them (and on a tangentially related note, I now use Tischer BMW, which is a similarly excellent and fairly priced outlet for Bimmer stuff).

I suspect you will not regret purchasing from them. And for what it's worth Moog makes excellent parts.

To the OP, what parts are you trying to find?

Depends on the alternative filter quality. I had a 95 Maxima and used to use aftermarket filters because they were comparable and I could even get an oversized filter (the OEM one was tiny).

Tie rod ends. I bought the aftermarket MOOG parts from Rock Auto.

moog is a sold brand, i dont have them on my maxima but i have them on the lancer.

As for oil filters, i will not pay $6 per OEM filter, i normally run napa filters for $4-5, its the same one as the lancer and my G35. So its just a one size fit all for me currently.
