What is a good e-mail work name?

like nocturnal@myisp.com. I want something to do with my work. What do you use? We don't get company e-mail so I have to use my own ISP's pop3 e-mail.

Our standard at work is first initial + first 7 letters of last name.

Same here. For some people though it is first 7 of last name + first initial.

if your full name is short, then go for it..... but first name initial + surname will be just fine.....
