I want to get an e4300 up to 3ghz, what type of cooling would you recommend?

Is the stock cooling good enough? Also, it needs to be as cheap as possible.

The stock cooler should be able to get you a stable overclock provided that you keep the vCore pretty close to stock. If you want a relatively inexpensive (but still pretty good) aftermarket heatsink, try the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.
