What is a good 5.25 bay temp monitor panel that is inexpensive?

By far the best has to be the DigitalDoc 5. Only $24 at compgeeks. Monitors 8 fans, has 8 thermal sensors so you can also monitor 8 temperatures, also has an alarm for each of the 16 channels you can set to your levels and also monitors 12v & 5v lines with alarms on them as well. LCD front panel and fan. You can mount a HD in it, but I just use mine for monitoring.
It doesn't do what the digidoc does. You can always paint the black digidoc. Ironic that I'm always trying to find black components and can't!
I started a thread here earlier on semigloss black spray paint because I can't find any ANYWHERE! I'd get the Digidoc 5 and paint it PC white. From the looks of mine, the bezel can be removed.You misunderstood.

You can get them in white, but they are much more expensive elsewhere. I think about $33 was the cheapest I saw for white, and the black was even more. I don't know how Geeks are selling these so cheap.

Thanks so much for you help. I decided to go with the cool blue b/c I can control the speed of the fans where as the digitalDoc 5 can only turn on or off the fans. I love the 8 temp sensors but it is too much for me.

Yeah I guess if you want to control them the digidoc won't work. Personally I like to have my fans going full bore all of time since I like to pack meat in mine, and I like the sound of airports!! LOL.
Since you don't want the digitaldoc, check around because when I was looking I found a multitude of these things. I think ajump.com had a good selection and free shipping on some items. Directron.com had some for decent prices.

OK. I was wondering why the time difference. I visited LA before and the weather was like Florida during the summer but very fun. Lots of ghost stories.
The weather here sucks. 85° two days ago and right now it's in the 40's. It's like the moon. There can be a 40-50° temperature drop, or raise, in a 24 hour period. It's the only place in the nation where you must have your summer clothes and winter clothes out all year-round. :disgust: Then there is the chill factor. It can be 75° and when the wind blows it's 5°. (hee hee).

The problem is CA is to populated. I need to find a different state to go to. We had 3 million people moved here in the past 3 years. It's getting more populated than China.
