maybe you should put the truth rather than what someone tells you would be good. if you put in your resume 100wpm and then you can only do 20wpm, don't you think they would notice? anyway, i digress, i would say between 40 and 75wpm. i am at about 70. good luck

Put down like 85 words per minute. And if they test you say that it was a burst speed or something (thats if you are slower than that)

I got 51 WPM, 93% on the one minute test. Go try it.

40 wpm will get you most any typing job.
I do 60 on a good day and am faster than most people I know.
My wife entered data for a year and did 70, which is blazing.
Most anandtechers claim to do 120+.

im very good when im typing something that im thinking. when i have to copy text im horrible. my cousin noticed it one time when i cahtting online i wa absolutely flying butwhen i was transferring notes to the computer i was slower than sh!t. oh well.

Say you can do 120+XP speed, the actual speed is lower but its rated just as fast as some other people doing 120.

I can type 120 WPM but my accuracy is horrible, at about 85%. My normal typing rate is probably about 60 or 70 WPM with 100% accuracy.
