What is a Decent , inexpensive Sound card?

zoltrix nightingale 6 pro 6 channel sound card w/ optional optical in/out kit. $15

aopen aw850 6 channel analog sound card - $20

aopen aw840 4 channel analog sound card - $12

audioexcel (chanintech) AV512 - same chipset as zoltrix mentioned above.

aopen AW744 pro 4.1 w/ optical out $23

there's a few other good ones for under $25...if u only need 2.1 sound and want a headphone jack, or don't need headphones and just want 4.1, the 840 is hard to beat for $12...supports EAX, A3D, etc...win2k/xp drivers and the rest.
