What instruments do you play?

Tuba is my primary instrument. I got my BA from UCLA in tuba performance. I also play euphonium and, to a lesser extent, trombone. Beyond that, I play piano, accordion and bagpipes.

WOW that's really interesting.

I'm a tuba playing myself and considering going to UCLA and joining their marching band. On top of that I used to play bagpipes and piano.
 
I played the clarinet from 6th grade to 8th grade. I havnt touched it more then once in the past 6 years. Kinda wish i had kept with it.

It's amazing how many tuba players are on this board! Does anyone own horns? How very exciting.

Would you go to UCLA as a music major or would marching be an extracuricular thing?

i seriously considered buying a BBb tuba, but that's as far as it got. 🙂
 
I've played the trombone, tuba and french horn back in high school, right now I'm learning how to play piano.
 
I played French Horn in middle and high school.

However, since there was at most 2 of us any given year, I learned to fill in, in other sections.

Trumpet, baritone, tuba, sax, baritone sax, clairnet, just to name a few.

I wish I could play the piano...but I seem to lack the coordination for that... lol.
