What in the world is going on... DLink

Just bought a dlink DI-704P got it up and running with one problem.. completely random loss of connection. I'll be surfing fine one minute, the next a bunch of page not found messages and email won't connect.... on top of it all Trillian won't connect no matter what. What gives?

If I watch my network connection screen the connection goes all the way from 20bps to 1.3kps....

Have you tried updating the firmware?

If i remember correctly, I heard about these having problems like this, and a firmware upgrade did the trick

anybody have any success updateing firmware from 2.57 build 3 to the 2.70 version?

I just tried to update from 2.57 build 3 to 2.7 and I get an error 9 code.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Update to 2.72 (release 2 days ago).
