What if Bin Laden and all of Al Qaeda's top 100 men were all in the same cave having a conference planning a nuclear attack on NYC and someone offered to you the Kufar (non believer) a chance to strap on a big suicide bomb belt and take out every one of them, would you do it?

No, because you'd have created 101 new martyrs, and things would be worse than they were before. I'd launch a rocket into the cave, just for personal enjoyment, but it wouldn't accomplish much otherwise.

I'd strap chargers to a hoard of pigs and send them at the cave. Allah would reject their souls. End of story.

"What if?" <- the most powerful words.

In any case if they're all together in a cave someone order Taco Bell and just let Nature do the rest.

Nope. I don't see why tossing the bomb in the entrance and beating a hasty retreat while I dial the number of the cell phone I rigged up as a detonator isn't just as good though. Lacking that, I guess Al-qaeda has little to fear from me. Ok, I'd do it so long as I get to yell "Freedom Fries"! as I push the button.

The Idea is that you sacrifice your self. Tossing the bomb is not an option.

By "self" may I take it to mean "you." Because I'd be down for that. ;)

I'd apologize for America's arrogance and ask their forgiveness for the evil American empire forcing them to respond. When I met with Osama I would bow to him while shaking his hand. Then I'd annouce several trillion in new spending to help stimulate Islam. After all that was done I would blame Bush.

You know, Obama just did that and the European leaders just rolled their eyes. You would blame bush even if it were not his fault. Typical. I suppose you think 9-11 was all bushes fault?

No, but all of the mismanagement afterwards was ;^)

I agree, he needed more troops to secure the cities and Rumsfeld is to blame there. However the final result in Iraq, is that it is an overall success, in the last few years or so virtually no soldiers have been killed, most Iraqi's like us, and they are greatful Saddam is gone after he massacred over 600,000 people in genocide.

This thread really tells me how selfless our soldiers are compared to the rest of you all. How they will risk their lives for you, but you would not do that for them.

It's gone horribly wrong, off subject, and political. Too much I hate my self and hate America bs.

How do you figure? A pointless suicide bombing is pointless. Absolutely nothing would be gained from that(re. 101 martyrs)

I never intended for this to be political, just a philosophical and hypothetical discussion on self sacrifice.

What you intend and what you get are sometimes entirely different things.
