1) A waiter comes up to me and says "Could I start you guys off with a couple beers?". If I say "Sure, I'll have a Killians" and I am underage. What are the most likely possible out comes if he asks to see my ID, leaves comes back with the beer and asks for my ID.

2)What happens if I grow a single marjiuana plant? Do I goto jail? What are the most common legal ramifications?

2. If caught you would probably be charged with possesion. Punishment varies by state.

Maybe, if you didn't stay up late partying with chicks, drinking booze and smoking pot you might get medicore grades.
