how does it cut down costs when people are forced to accept treatment?
and suppose routine check ups are required like they are in japan?
the welfare state hasnt improved human happiness.. i mean, how can people be happy with the crap the State gives them? would they know the difference even if the State gave them highest quality stuff? the State can provide a basic living for many people, yes, but the better the things it gives, the fewer there will become... it would eventually have to become communism. it is not like a 100% free market is bad for the productive middle class.
the people who benefit most from the State are people like hamilton because they know the difference, know how to make money, and the State makes it so they have to take no risk so they can save even more money. without the State, i wonder what those people would do.
in south africa, for example, it is nothing but misery for anyone who lives there because they didnt know how to establish a state that was in favor of any private property... that was because they had a terribly misguided leader like n mandela who was smart enough to help people on his own. so those who dont care about anyone's happiness like hamilton fight people like mandela and everyone else loses or at least no one but the reactionaries like hamilton really gain all that much... washington didnt want to be president (he really didnt appreciate it and i can understand why perfectly) so that not only sucked for him, it sucked for 91% or so. people like jefferson and madison spent their whole life opposing authority without much success because of hamilton's extreme support of uniformity and madison was never happy with the constitution or at least how marshall set the tradition for up through now (it had to be written because there was no nation state before; u.k.'s constitution is unwritten because the king got overthrown). it is a vicious cycle of revolutions and coups when secession is what works for the most productive hard working members of society. the only problems are that too many people are loaning to the u.s.g. and that the States accept u.s.g. funding. and pelosicare fucks it up even more because now more doctors will be dependent on medicaid rather than giving only from their own heart (half the care is the feeling that you're wanted). and the other head of that snake is that more people will have insurance than before or be broke from paying the penalty so that there is less need for practices hospitals and care centers to be efficient.
so medical expenditures will at least double as a percentage of GDP from what they are now within the next 3 years (~2/5 by the beginning of 2016) when repeal of all medical mandates and significant tax reduction could've halved public expenditures on them while doubling quality... what a shrewd way of the State to protect itself from secession.
