God is imaginary regardless of what kinds of policies the deluded masses decide to support.

Nope, fake is fake. But I'd have a lot more respect for the biblical fakery if it approved more of consensual sex between adults and approved less of non-consensual sex between priests and children.
 
No. I can have said without the church and without holy strings attached. At best it'd just be an extraneous level of complexity. That, and I would have a gleeful time making fun of people who need religious justification to feel good about sex, oh wait... 😉
 
No, because it all boils down to taking some guys word for it, and often contradictions to reality.
 
I don't care about what any group advocates. I'd personally like to see any person or group who tries to make decisions for others spat on and made a mockery of publicly. Keep your views to yourself, and quit bothering other people. If what they're doing doesn't harm anyone, shut the fuck up about it.

Sexual rules are one thing abrahamic religions do wrong, but if they did it right, that still wouldn't constitute a reason to believe in them.

You might want to check this site out (NSFW): www.thepurebed.com. It is a site that is devoted to the sale of marital aids and the explanation of why their use is consistent with the bible's teachings. Gotta love NPR for pbringing this to my attention yesterday.

EDIT: I thought I should note that the site is run by a minister as a side business.
