I think at most people use around 10% of their brain capacity. They say geniuses use slightly more but not by much. So if there was someone who by a freak accident learned to fully utilize their brain capacity what would they be able to do? read minds, make billions, come up with the perfect pickup line that never failed???

it's not learning how to utilize, it's a function of time.
the argument is, we never forget anything we've sensed. everything is stored away, but our lives are too short to fill the max capacity of the brain. if we lived for 500 or 600 years, would we come closer to the max?? i'm sure we would.
but really that's not interesting because it's just about storage. the more interesting thing is to find ways of accessing the memories. recall is more important than storage.
