I'd be chairing the Crime & Punishment committee.

First order of business, legalization of MJ and making it a capital offense to file moronic lawsuits. Next order of business annexing California to Mexico in exchange for a decent burrito and then pulling out of the UN.

How would you make up the lost revenue that the US gets from California, create a Tax in North Carolina for those who marrry within their immediate family?

If Californians didn't have to pay Federal taxes that Deficit would be a Surplus. North Carolinian Inbreeding at it's finest😉

 
Nitemare: $64B in debt isn't to the US government. Consider that California's 35M residents each pay a national income tax that goes to help fun programs in all 50 states.

How much do they receive in public assistance or other non-revenue generating federal programs? How much in federally subsidized farming? How much in free health care for illegals?

Over 1.2 million Californian's receive welfare out of 5.7 million for the entire country (Summary, 1 in 5 welfare recipients live in California)

Whoever starts a flame war would be banned
Being banned would mean being forced to leave the country
There'd be a huge surpluss of IT people
All future civil wars would be fought upon in massive CS/UT2k3/Quake3/HL2 tourneys
Newegg would immediately become the largest company in the US
Bribes would be given in the form of rigs and potential dates with a girl instead of money
If evar you talk about something similar that's been discussed by anyone before, the depertment of REPOST! would hound you for it
the word "st@b" would get you thrown in jail
Girls would easily be able to influence male politicians (assuming they are all ATers)
