It could be Keloid. Should be harmless but unfortunately almost impossible to get rid off.

update: 8/19

Well I had the surgery this morning to remove this 'cyst' thing. The doc shot me up with some novacane.....while he was doing his thing he was talking to me and was very funny.....I kept laughing while he was cutting me up...I didnt think that it was a good idea for him to be making me laugh with a blade to my chest.

The novacane didnt work as well as i would have liked but overall the procedure was over quickly and relatively painless with a few exceptions when he was poking and pulling around in there...

So now i got a hole in my chest and a big bandage.....I missed a half day of work and I am left with some slight discomfort.

The doc asked if I had any pain killers at home...to which i responded "ummmm does beer count? " He got a laugh outta that and he wrote me a script for some pain killers and antibiotics....After which he said take a pain kiler OR Beer every 4 hours as needed....

so thats about that... i'll try and get a pic of the hole in my chest when i take the bandage off tommorow night.....

I have a cyst too, but it's on my wrist. It is a bump. I had mine asphysixated (sp) with a needle with an 80% of it coming back and it did.
7 months later I had surgery on it with a 50/50 chance of it coming back.

And it came back.

I live with it not, not much I can do. Maybe it'll go away by itself.

that was taken like 4 days after it was removed, i'd just gotten out of the shower thats why it wasnt covered.

it couldnt be stitched because it was quite literally a hole so it had to heal from the inside out.

Its nearly fully healed now. I didnt even wear a bandaid today

It looks to me like a flesh eating virus. Very rare but they can start out looking like that. Especially since its indented.
