could be an ingrown pimple. Ask a dermo or any doctor. It might be a cyst, or could be a mal tumor. Get it checked out anyways, Better safe than sorry,

Sorry bud, didn't mean any offense. Typing like that does make people look like kids though, as mostly only kids do it. Also nothing wrong with being a kid, everyone was at one point.
 
It's a nimple.

If it's tender and red, it's probably an ingrown hair. Dig around with some sterilized sharp tweezers or a sterilized needle, carefully, until you can free up the offending hair. Gently squeeze out anything gross, apply some first aid cream.

Or you could just wait for it to grow into a third boob, then go to the doctor and let him/her laugh at you.
 
It could be a cyst, a boil, or an ingrown hair. But don't take my word for it (or anyone else's here, for that matter).

Go see a dermatologist.
 
If it's an ingrown hair, you can see the hair inside your skin. I once had that on my smallpox vaccination scar (Taiwan still gave smallpox vaccinations back in the day) on my upper left arm.
It formed a small bump and I just used a steriled needle to puncture the skin and squeezed that mofo hair out.
OR, it could be a cyst... 🙁


BTW, I use to wear pink shorts 😀
