What HTML tags to use for <body topmargin=0 leftmargin=0> in Netscape?

I'm building a new web site, and like always, it renders great in IE, but gags in Nutscraper. In particular, the <body topmargin=0 leftmargin=0> In IE that sets the top and left margins to 0, making the tables/graphics/text appear in the very top left hand corner with no space. That code does not work in Nutscraper (at least in 4.51). It may/maynot work in newer versions but I'm trying to go for a cross platform, compatible with the older browsers as well. Anyone have an idea? Thanks for any help!
