What HSF is better, but not noiser than a FOP32-1?

Rephrase: I know it's the fan that's noisy...the fan comes w/the cooler though.

Im ordering an Athlon XP1800 (1.47GHz) and planning on using my lapped FOP32-1/ASII on it. It uses the YStech 26CFM fan. It's audible but not unbearable...now, my 4 case fans is another story.

Is there a better HSF combo than, but not noiser (No Delta chainsaws, please) this? Thanks.

Hey guys, is the Alpha the cooler that sucks instead of blows? Seriously. I know one of the "really good coolers" does this.
