What HSF for my Barton 2500+?

Im at this website they have the following:

ThermalRight XP-120 = Will this work?
ThermalRight XP-90 = Will this work?
ThermalRight SI-97 = Will this work?

Which one of those are the cream of the crop and which one will work with my Barton? So far I'm not overclocking but I need to upgrade the HSF as well as all the fans in my computer. Thank you.
 
The SLK-948U will also work with Socket A mobo's... Thermalright's site has an easy way for you to check mobo compatibility with their heatsinks... I suggest you use it.
