What heatsink to put in an Asus P4S533-MX mobo?

Hi, I have this motherboard, but the problem is, my vantec aeroflow seems to run real loud and is the loudest part of my computer system. Can I fit an slk 800 / 900? I just found out I can't fit the Zalman CPNS7000-Cu cooler, which I really wanted. What heatsink do you recommend for a quiet cooling solution?

Are you able to change the fan at all ?
If you can I would suggest a better fan with variable speed control.

If you want to know if it fits then measure your clearance and go Here. I had a P4B533-V and it fit just fine. I know the P4S533 was pretty much the same, but is the MX the micro ATX version? I don't know about that then.

I have built 6 systems using P4-2.4B with ASUS P4S533-mx and slightly o/c (2.7) with stock HSF and no problems in Antec SX1040 cases. 30 degrees Celsius.
