What Headphones Should I Get?

I want to get some nice headphones. They can be either over the head or in ear (whichever one is better for the price range I have which is not that high (<$50.00 or so). I need them to be portable and I guess the bass is kinda important. Any ideas?

I have Grado SR-80i at work. Great for rock, especially if you are into guitar. I have the iGrados at home (bought for wife but she wanted folding design). They sound pretty good, too (similar to the 80s) but they are less comfortable than the 80s (I have read complaints about comfort across the Grado line, but they don't bother me) and have a considerably less robust design / materials. BTW Grados are made in the US, don't know if that matters to you.

I got my wife Koss KSC-24 for pretty cheap. She said she likes them; she prefers pop / electronic music.
