What have you quit that you used to love doing?

JEDI

Lifer
since i was a kid i collected comics. i couldnt wait going to the comic book store every week.

then the store lines slowly got worse and worse, or they killed off a title (ie: Firestorm).
then they went to multiple titles of the same group (ie: xmen).

the straw thay broke the camels back was the Magneto storeline. He's dead, next year he's alive, then dead, then alive. this was back around 2005.

i read the comics immediately when i got home. then it was the next day, then the next week. i stopped when i had the current month's issue, and i still didnt read last months.

What have u quit doing that u once loved? Why?

Slaughtering small animals. I used to do it all the time. Now, all I have to slaughter are the innocent, but it's just not the same anymore.

i used to collect comics up until early teens. started up again a bit with the release of spider-man 1. but daym, it becomes an expensive hobby.

I don't roleplay as much as I used to. In fact, like only 3-4 times a year, which is wholly unacceptable to me. Also don't do SCA/Amtgard anymore, which also suxors. Academic and political stuff just taking up way too much of my time.

I used to be a huge anime fan. Now I almost never watch it, and even when I do I'm not nearly as into it as I once was.

I dont quit cause i'm not a quitter......

J/K...video games for me as well. Before Fallout 3 there wasn't any game that I put more than 20 hours into. Now that i'm done with Fallout, my PS3 is just my movie player.

Video games. I just don't have the desire for it anymore. I use to really look forward to the latest game. Now try playing them, but lose interest after 30 minutes.
