I don't know for sure if you shifted from 'PBA' to simply 'abortion' as a means of deception, or if you really have no idea what you're talking about. Either way, you are sadly quite mistaken.

The fact that he cut alot of the federal level funding going to the mental institutions, with no money to pay for housing or food for the mentaly ill many were turned out onto the streets.

It's a shame that the family of the mentaly ill didn't step in to assist.

And yes, I am going to have a severely mentally handicapped sister in law move in with me and my wife once my in-laws can no longer care for her due to age health etc...

Yes. After reading the rest of thread, it seems he is serious. I'm sorry but if it took someone like Bush to 'turn you from your evil ways', you have to be easily manipulated. 'wise and gentle teachings'? Come on, who is he, Mao Tse Tung? (not that Mao was gentle or wise for that matter). Is he going to come out with little red, white, blue books for children to read? jk

I mean I'm happy that you straightened your life out, but if it took someone like Bush and his 'wise and gentle teachings', I would say you haven't addressed the problem. Maybe the drugs and drinking were the effect not the cause.
