Gotta love I-5 at 10 PM, 85-90 mph all the way home & I was only doing 20 over. Not a cop in sight.

:Q

I wouldn't try that in the day time. ;) lol

I did it on the way up too, but my average speed was higher on the way back.

Not by a lot, but on the way home the traffic was much lighter so there were quite a few times I was cruising at ~95.

Now the stalkers know where you live :Q ;) :D

Nice! I made my way up from Kent to Seattle around 11PM, a good 75 the whole way. I waved at a few of the local cops when I was in Kent. :p

It taught me how PC dorks could be egotistical as hell.

But other than that,

It, for one thing, made me go from a 700 mhz Celeron PC with Intel Graphics to a 2.2 Ghz Barton with a 9800 Ati.

So in other words, it made me broke :(

That piano's friggin heavier than it looks too. Glad I got to play supervisor when Matt and Ben loaded it into the U-haul in Ukiah. Do I get bonus points for having driven the farthest to visit, even though it was more of an accident that I was there to help you move (last time, not this time)?

As for what AT has done for me, I have gotten some great car advice (thanks Roger!) and I've established strong and lasting friendships with some freaks who either live in or have re-located to the Pacific Northwest. ;) Heck, one of the freaks supplanted my best friend.

I think they just wanted to see what a girl looks like in real life ;)

that's pretty cool though.

AT has helped me get some better deals and shown me a ton of useful resources and fun stuff.

It has also proven to me that no matter where you go there are always people claiming to be experts on a subject they have only read about in the last 5 minutes :).

Good luck on the new place.

It has destroyed my life and cast me into a deep and bottomless pit of depression, which has resulted in my becoming an alcoholic bum.

What has Anandtech done for you?

Well, other than hooking up with every other hot girl on campus (Thanks YAGTs + ATOT Pimps!), I've been able to lower my cholesterol, and save money on my car insurance.

ZV is basically making fun of my less-than-ample chest. :p Googlism is just a site where plug in your name and it tells you what you are, according to its search results.

Again, thanks to ViperGTS and Orsorum, and yes, ZV, you do get points for driving cross country to visit. :)

You mean... I don't get points for driving a whole twenty minutes? :( :p
