What hard drive is good for me?

I need a hard drive just for data storage/ no OS or programs
I would like something with 40+ Gigs, and a good price. My motherboard only supports ata/33.

Suggestions please?

ata 33??? get a controller card, then go to TECHDEALS or the Hot Deals section of this forum periodically and check for good deals on HDD's (i saw a quantum 30GB 7200rpm for $100!!!! after rebates)
