What happens when you mix arctic silver epoxy with regular arctic silver?

I hear somewhere if you mix half regular arctic silver with half epoxy you get something like 90% of the bond strength. Any truth to this?
 
no, you get less than half the bond strength, which is good if you are attaching something that you might someday want to remove.
