I'm under the impression that he did that and they ignored him.

Search for his name and look at his Cuba/Castro thread. That's where he thinks he got banned. Interestingly enough, the individual who started all the sh!t got absolutely no trouble. If you want to know how to get ahold of him, look in his profile and go to his website/forums. His email address is posted on his site.
