I always use Pam to cook eggs and they turn out just fine for me.

I tried to get Pam, but she has some kind of liver disease... watch out... (yeah, you used a big P, and this is a lousy joke, i know)

A big P is correct right? Since it is a brand name. Boy I can't type w/o spell checker.

Yeah it is correct, i was just bored and tried to make a funny... Your spelling is fine...

When done cooking your eggs, immediately soak the pan in water. Let it sit for a while and the brown stuff will come right off, little or no scrubbing required. Water works to clean egg residue better than anything else.

ONLY do it if your pan is not a non-stick aluminum pan, or you will be able to use your pan as a wok-pan afterwards...

Those babies need to be burned to prevent the food from sticking. Use oil and butter and heat up for a long time. Watch out for fire.
The iron needs to absorb grease/fat. Basically they get better the more they are used.

If you have a crappola pan there is really nothing to do. You have to go with a non-stick pan, even if they are sub-par comared to a real pan.

I had a cast-lead pan that worked wonderfully. Nothing ever stuck to it. It was sweet. I used to make Omlettes and Crapes, Bacons and Sausage, made me some pork with a dash of chanti.

And best of all, no gym for me!

Go buy a cheap non-stick frying pan. You don't need a set...just that one pan for eggs. To justify the cost you can think that it will save you money 'cause you won't have to buy as much butter or oil... :D
