What happens if you scramble eggs in a "stick" frying pan with nonstick spray?

I have this "stick" frying pan that works fine, but whenever I scramble eggs in it I'm always left with a layer of brown egg stuff on the bottom that's a pain to clean off. Last time I cooked the eggs with the grease left in the pan from cooking chorizo, but that didn't seem to help.

Would nonstick cooking spray help me any? I've never used it so I don't want to buy a whole can just for this if it's not going to help.

cooking spray does nothing for scrambling eggs, cause you just move it all around when you scramble them... you know???

I find what works best for scrambled eggs is a little bit of vegatable oil.

of course, nothing beats a nice non stick frying pan.

Combining Stick and Anti-Stick would cause a quantum implosion which would vaporize every molecule in the universe at the speed of light.

DON'T DO IT! It will cause a time slip that will lead to a hole in time, a black hole, or worse a soviet russian black hole....

and everyone knows that in Soviet Russia the eggs eat YOU!

Will I have time to eat my breakfast burritos first? I'd hate to waste all that good chorizo.

I hope you have a nice cast-iron frying pan, the tool for a real master chef. :D

Those babies need to be burned to prevent the food from sticking. Use oil and butter and heat up for a long time. Watch out for fire.
The iron needs to absorb grease/fat. Basically they get better the more they are used.

If you have a crappola pan there is really nothing to do. You have to go with a non-stick pan, even if they are sub-par comared to a real pan.

Yeah, you're cooking at too high of temp.

I cook eggs a dozen at a time. I'd like to know before I do it next time how I can avoid 20 minutes cleaning the stupid pan. :p

Ive found butter works the best... also before you put the eggs in, break them and put them in a bowl, mix them around so it breaks the yolk and then put them in. Wait until little heat bubbles form in the butter before you put the eggs in though.

Last, but certainly not least, let the eggs sit for like 30-45 seconds cooking the bottom before you start scrambling them, that helps them not stick.

ps, before i figured out how to make them not stick i was losing about an entire egg stuck to the side, hopefully this will cut down on your 12 dozen you cook at a time lol

I beat the eggs with a whisk until the top is foamy. BTW, I'm only cooking 12 at a time, not 12 dozen. Damn, that'd be a lot of breakfast burritos. :D

A big P is correct right? Since it is a brand name. Boy I can't type w/o spell checker.

I would either get a non-stick fry pan. Otherwise, just use cooking oil on the pan before cooking the eggs.
