What happens if u take a "No mark" for a class in highschool...
how does it affect ur transcript and college? I have a realy bad teacher for precal and its impossible..i need to drop it ..i think if i do i get a no mark ....what does taht actualy mean?

By no mark do you mean a incomplete? Incompletes in my school have to be made up or you don't graduate/pass current grade.

You are probably better off just failing the class.

no its not an incomplete...its just a "No mark" u get 0 credit for it and it just says NM...u dont have to make it up eather...

most people i knew that took no mark "classes" usually went home to sleep. that seemed pointless to me, so i just slept in class

well im getting a c in tha class i want to get atleast a b, so i think i should jus get a no mark and take it again later...

damn, i wish i went to your highschool... in my school if anyone was making a bad grade and wanted to change after the drop period was over then their SOL.

dropping a class at my school is a major no-no after the add/drop deadline. It goes on your transcript as WP/WF (withdraw pass, withdrawl fail). I was making a D in a class and watned to drop, but couldn't because of this...i'm probably going to get a high C this quarter (quarter grades dont go on transcript) and hopefully a low B for the semester (hopefully!). Then at the semester, after my college apps and semester grades are in, i will withdraw
